The Los Angeles Lakers look to bounce back from a loss when they visit the Houston Rockets on Saturday. The Lakers fell to 33-8 overall  following a 119-118 loss to the Orlando Magic. The loss snapped a nine-game winning streak for the Lakers. Los Angeles maintains a four and a half game lead over the LA Clippers in the Pacific Division. LeBron James scored 19 points and handed out 19 assists in the loss.

Anthony Davis leads the Lakers in scoring and rebounding with averages of 27.1 points and 9.4 rebounds per game. LeBron James is the second-leading scorer and leader in assists with averages of 25.5 points and 10.9 assists per game. Los Angeles has just three players averaging double figures and scoring.

Houston looks to snap a two-game losing streak when hosting the Lakers on Saturday. The Rockets fell to 26-14 overall following a 117-107 loss to Portland Trail Blazers.Houston and NBA-leading scorer James Harden was held to his lowest output of a season by Portland after scoring just 13 points. It was the fewest points the Houston guard has scored since January of 2018. Russell Westbrook posted a double double in the loss with 31 points 12 assists and 11 rebounds.

James Harden leads the Rockets in scoring and assists with averages of 37.2 points and 7.5 assists per game Russell Westbrook is the second leading scorer with an average of 24.8 points per game. Clint Capela is the leading rebounder for the Rockets with an average of 14.5 per game. Houston has six players averaging double figures in scoring.

Both the Los Angeles Lakers and Houston Rockets are coming off losses. The Lakers have battled several injuries including ones to Anthony Davis and Rajon Rondo. Both Davis and Rondo are questionable for Saturday's game with the Rockets. Houston has found it difficult to cover the number failing to cover 4 of its last 6 overall and 5 of its last 7 versus an opponent from the Western Conference.
