The Clippers (19-19) are playing without All-Star G Paul George and have dropped seven of their previous ten games. On Monday, LA trailed by 18 points at halftime during a 122-104 home loss versus Minnesota.
Serge Ibaka was a perfect 7-for-7 from the field and led five LA players in double figures with 17 points. Justise Winslow added 15 points and three steals in a losing effort for the Clippers.
The Phoenix Suns have won 16 of their first 20 home games and trail Golden State by a half-game for the best overall record in the league. On Tuesday, Phoenix exploded for 42 points during the fourth quarter and cruised to a 123-110 road victory against New Orleans. The Suns (29-8) assisted on 32 of their 46 made field goals and shot 54 percent overall.
All-Star G Devin Booker poured in a game-high 33 points on 12-for-24 shooting and grabbed nine rebounds. Veteran G Chris Paul contributed 11 points and 15 assists for the Suns.
