In Saturday night NBA action, the LA Clippers will invade the Smoothie King Center to take on the New Orleans Pelicans. On Thursday, New Orleans took advantage of All-Star C Nikola Jokic’s absence during a 107-88 road victory against Denver. The Pelicans (39-38) knocked down 13-for-27 from the three-point line and shot 48 percent overall.

New Orleans F Brandon Ingram led all scorers with 31 points (13-22 FG) to go along with 11 rebounds and ten assists. C.J. McCollum nailed 6-for-8 from long range and finished with 23 points. Jonas Valanciunas added 15 points and 12 rebounds for the Pelicans.
