The Wednesday NBA schedule will tip-off with a matchup between the New York Knicks and the Detroit Pistons from the Little Caesars Arena. The Knicks have lost six of their first seven games and rank 29th in the league in scoring at 99.6 points on average. On Sunday, New York was outscored by 20 points during the first half of a 113-92 home loss versus Sacramento. 

The Knicks were outrebounded by a 50-38 margin and shot just 40 percent from the field. Marcus Morris led New York with 28 points on a 9-for-14 shooting performance. 

The Detroit Pistons are playing without F Blake Griffin (hamstring) and have lost five of their first eight contests. On Monday, Detroit was outscored by 13 points during the third quarter of a 115-99 road loss against Washington. The Pistons missed 48 of their 82 field goal attempts and turned the ball over 21 times on the night.

Detroit G Luke Kennard converted nine of his 11 free throw attempts and led all scorers with 24 points. Andre Drummond contributed 15 points and 24 rebounds for the Pistons.

Detroit G Derrick Rose (hamstring) and G Tim Frazier (shoulder) have been officially ruled out of this game. The Pistons injuries have become problematic and the Knicks will take advantage on Wednesday. Final Score Prediction, New York Knicks win and cover ATS 108-103.
