The Knicks turned the ball over 19 times and were outscored by 15 points during the third quarter.
Rookie G Allonzo Trier led New York with 31 points on 12-for-18 shooting and grabbed ten rebounds. Kevin Knox added 12 points and eight rebounds for the Knicks.
The Brooklyn Nets are riding a five-game winning streak and are thinking about securing a playoff berth for the first time since 2015. On Wednesday, Brooklyn made the plays down the stretch of a 114-110 home victory versus Orlando. The Nets turned the ball over 17 times and shot 48 percent from the field on the night.
Brooklyn G Spencer Dinwiddie led all scorers with 29 points in 30 minutes off the bench. D’Angelo Russell contributed 25 points and ten assists for the Nets.
