Portland is coming off a 99-92 win over the Memphis Grizzlies on Wednesday. The Trail Blazers were led by Damian Lillard with 24 points. Portland outrebounded the Grizzlies 53-36 in the game. Lillard scored 15 points in the third quarter to help the Trail Blazers extend their lead.
