In the second game of a Wednesday night NBA on TNT playoff doubleheader, the Utah Jazz and Houston Rockets will square off from the Toyota Center. On Sunday, Utah turned the ball over 19 times and never led after the first quarter of a 122-90 road loss against Houston. The Jazz missed 20 of their 27 three-point attempts and shot 39 percent overall.

Rudy Gobert led Utah with 22 points on an 8-for-10 shooting performance and pulled down 12 rebounds Donovan Mitchell added 19 points and five rebounds for the Jazz. The Houston Rockets fell a game short of reaching the NBA Finals and flexed their defensive muscle in the series opener. Houston outscored Utah by 20 points over the final 12 minutes and held a 62-42 advantage in points scored in the paint. The Rockets assisted on 25 of their 48 made field goals and shot 51 percent overall.

James Harden led seven Houston players in double figures with 29 points to go along with ten assists and eight rebounds. Clint Capela contributed 16 points and 12 rebounds for the Rockets.

Utah G Dante Exum has a partially torn patellar tendon in his right knee and is out indefinitely. The Jazz came into this series as the better defensive and rebounding squad, but that did not show up in Game One. Look for Utah to respond with a spirited effort on Wednesday and pull off the upset. Final Score Prediction, Utah Jazz win in upset but grab the points just in case 107-105.
