Indiana Pacers at New York Knicks 10/7/22 - NBA Preseason Picks & Predictions

The Indiana Pacers will continue a road trip Friday night as they travel to Madison Square Garden to take on the New York Knicks. Indiana is undefeated thus far this preseason following a 25 point blowout of the Charlotte Hornets in game one. Defensively Indiana dominated Charlotte holding the Hornets to 34.4% shooting and forced 18 turnovers leading to the victory.

Myles Turner and Chris Duarte led the way for the Indiana starters with 12 points apiece, while Aaron Nesmith poured in a team high 16 points in 14 minutes off the bench. Isaiah Jackson added 13 points and four blocks in 16 minutes as well.

The New York Knicks continue a homestand Friday night undefeated following a 21 point blowout of the Detroit Pistons in their first game. Offensively New York was lights out pouring in 117 points on 51.1% from the floor and 37.8% from beyond the arc.

RJ Barrett led all scorers in the game for New York pouring in 21 points and five rebounds on 8 of 14 shooting in 23 minutes on the floor. Jalen Brunson added 16 points and Julius Randle contributed 15 points in 18 minutes as well.
