Houston Rockets at Miami Heat 10/10/22 - NBA Picks & Predictions

The NBA preseason will continue Monday night in Miami as the Miami Heat host the Houston Rockets. Houston comes into Monday undefeated at 2-0 thus far this preseason following a six point win against the Toronto Raptors. Offensively Houston played well making 43.7% of their shots from the floor and 38.7% from beyond the arc to score 116 points in the victory.

Jalen Green led the way for the Houston offense pouring in 23 points on 7 of 16 shooting in 25 minutes on the floor. Kevin Porter Jr. added 15 points, while Tari Eason chipped in 24 points on 15 shots in 25 minutes to lead the way off the bench. 

The Miami Heat return home Monday night 2-1 this preseason riding a two game win streak after a 3 point win over the Memphis Grizzlies. Offensively Miami played extremely well making 42.5% of those shots and 34.6% from beyond the arc to score 111 points including 30 in the fourth quarter to pull off the victory.

Duncan Robinson dominated for Miami pouring in a team high 29 points after making seven of eleven shots from the floor in 29 minutes of action. Haywood Highsmith added 15 points as the only other starter in double figures and Jamal Cain scored 19 points in 38 minutes to lead the way off the bench.
