On Wednesday, the Charlotte Hornets look to snap a five-game losing streak when visiting the Denver Nuggets. Charlotte fell to 15-28 overall following it's 115-112 loss on Monday to the Portland Trail Blazers. Denver improved to 27-12 following its 114-104 victory over the Los Angeles Clippers on Sunday night. Nikola Jokic scored 20 points and pulled down 15 rebounds to help lead the Nuggets to the victory. Denver held off a big rally by the Clippers late to take home the win. Denver  is tied for the lead in the Northwest division with Utah and is 4 1/2 games in front of 3rd place Oklahoma City.

Nikola Jokic is the team leader for Denver in scoring with an average of 19.3 points per game, while also leading the Nuggets in rebounds and assists with averages of 9.9 rebounds and 6.4 assists per game. Jamal Murray is the second leading scorer for Denver with an average of 17.9 points per game. Six players for Denver are averaging double-figures in scoring.
