The Knicks lost their eight straight on Friday falling to the Brooklyn Nets 109-99. The loss was New York’s 21st in its last 23. Emmanuel Mudiay will be sidelined for a minimum of two weeks as the Knicks guard has a strained shoulder. Trey Burke led the Knicks with 25 points, while Noah Vonleh scored 22 and pulled down 13 rebounds.
Josh Richardson is leading the Heat in scoring with an average of 17.6 points per game. Hassan Whiteside is the team leader in rebounds and blocked shots with averages of 12.3 rebounds and 2.3 blocks per game. Dwayne Wade is leading the Heat in assists with an average of 4.1 per game. Miami is shooting 44.4% from the field and 35.4% from three-point territory.
Tim Hardaway Jr. leads the Knicks in scoring with an average of 19.4 points per game. Enes Kanter is third in scoring and first in rebounding with averages of 14.4 points and 10.8 rebounds per game. Emmanuel Mudlay leads the Knicks in assists with an average of 3.9 per game. The Knicks are shooting 43.2% from the field and 34.3% from 3-point territory.
