An Eastern Conference showdown will take place on Saturday night, when the Miami Heat invade the Wells Fargo Center to battle the Philadelphia 76ers. Last night, Miami (11-3) raced out to an 18-point lead after one quarter and cruised to a 116-108 road victory against Chicago. The Heat connected on 14-for-38 from beyond the arc and shot 49 percent overall.

Miami G Jimmy Butler converted 12 of his 13 free-throw attempts and finished with a game high 27 points. Goran Dragic chipped in 16 points and seven assists off the Heat bench.

The Philadelphia 76ers (10-5) are one of four undefeated teams on their home floor and feature one of the most talented starting lineups in the league. Last night, Philadelphia shot 52 percent from the floor to score a 115-104 home victory versus San Antonio. The 76ers dominated the Spurs by a 51-32 margin on the glass and never trailed in the second half.

All five Philadelphia starters scored in double figures and were led by Tobias Harris with 26 points. All-Star C Joel Embiid contributed 21 points and 14 rebounds for the 76ers.

Philadelphia G Josh Richardson (hip) did not play last night and is unlikely to be ready to face his former team. The Heat are opening eyes around the league with their ability to stretch the floor with their shooting. Take Miami to hand Philadelphia their first loss on their home floor. Final Score Prediction, Miami Heat 110-105.
