Grizzlies at Knicks 2/3/19 - NBA Picks & Predictions

The Sunday NBA schedule will tip-off with a matinee between the Memphis Grizzlies and New York Knicks from Madison Square Garden.

The Grizzlies have lost three straight games and have fallen out of playoff contention in the Western Conference. On Friday, Memphis was outscored by 11 points during the fourth quarter of a 100-92 road loss at Charlotte. The Grizzlies held a 12-point lead after one quarter and shot 44 percent overall.

Shelvin Mack led five Memphis players in double figures with 19 points and nine assists. Joakim Noah added 10 points and 11 rebounds in a losing effort for the Grizzlies. The New York Knicks traded away All-Star F Kristaps Porzingis to Dallas and have positioned themselves with enough cap space to sign two max-level free agents this summer. On Friday, New York turned the ball over 18 times during a 113-99 home loss versus Boston. The Knicks shot 45 percent from the field and have lost 12 straight games.

New York F Damyean Dotson tallied a team high 22 points and grabbed six rebounds. Rookie F Kevin Knox chipped in 21 points and five rebounds for the Knicks.

Memphis G Mike Conley is dealing with left knee soreness and is listed as questionable for this matchup. These two teams rank in the bottom four in the league in defensive efficiency, so the under is worth a look. The stronger play is on New York to snap their 12-game losing streak. Final Score Prediction, New York Knicks win in upset but grab the point just in case 108-104.
