The Pistons (16-36) have dropped 21 of their first 28 road games and own the worst overall record in the Eastern Conference. On Thursday, Detroit shot 52 percent from the field during a 113-101 road victory against Sacramento.

Detroit G Cory Joseph scored a season-high 24 points and dished out seven assists against his former team. Isaiah Stewart chipped in 16 points and 13 rebounds for the Kings.

The Portland Trail Blazers have dropped consecutive games and trail the Los Angeles Lakers by 1.5 games for fifth place in the Western Conference standings. On Thursday, Portland was outscored by 19 points during the third quarter of a 122-103 road loss against Utah. The Trail Blazers (30-21) missed 35 of their 48 long distance attempts and shot just 40 percent overall.

All-Star G Damian Lillard tallied a team-high 23 points to go along with six assists and five rebounds. C.J. McCollum added 19 points on 8-for-21 shooting for the Trail Blazers.

Detroit C Mason Plumlee (concussion) did not practice on Friday and is unlikely to play in this contest. The Trail Blazers rank second worst in defensive efficiency, making it hard to lay this many points. Take the Pistons to keep things close on the road. Final Score Prediction, Portland Trail Blazers win 116-111.
