The World’s Most Famous Arena will play host to a Tuesday night NBA battle between the Detroit Pistons and the New York Knicks. The Pistons (5-24) have dropped 12 of their first 14 road games and own the worst overall record in the league. On Sunday, Detroit outscored Miami by 14 points during the third quarter to pull away for a 100-90 home victory.

Detroit F Saddiq Bey led all scorers with 26 points on 7-for-13 shooting and pulled down four boards. Hamidou Diallo chipped in 15 points and seven rebounds for the Pistons.

The New York Knicks have been hit hard by COVID protocols and limp into this contest having lost eight of their previous ten games. On Saturday, New York was unable to make the plays down the stretch of a 114-107 road loss against Boston. The Knicks (13-17) were missing six players and shot 44 percent from the field in defeat.

New York G Evan Fournier tallied a game-high 32 points on 13-for-24 shooting and grabbed five rebounds. Kemba Walker added 29 points and six rebounds for the Knicks.
