Last Updated: 03/21/2023 at 10:03 PM ET

The Wednesday NBA schedule will tip-off with a matchup between the Denver Nuggets and the Washington Wizards from Capital One Arena. The Nuggets (48-24) have split their previous ten games and hold a 3.5 game lead over Memphis for the top spot in the Western Conference. On Sunday, Denver raced out to a 12-point lead after one quarter and held on down the stretch for a 108-102 road victory against Brooklyn.

Denver F Michael Porter Jr. tallied a game-high 28 points on 10-for-19 shooting and grabbed nine rebounds. Jamal Murray chipped in 25 points and eight assists for the Nuggets. All-Star C Nikola Jokic scored 22 points to go along with 17 rebounds and ten assists.

The Washington Wizards are looking to snap a three-game losing streak and have fallen 2.5 games behind Chicago for tenth place in the Eastern Conference standings. Last night, Washington was outscored by 11 points during the fourth quarter of a 122-112 road loss against Orlando. The Wizards (32-40) were outrebounded by a 42-33 margin and allowed the Magic to shoot 54 percent from the field.

Washington C Kristaps Porzingis led all scorers with 30 points on 12-for-22 shooting and pulled down six boards. Bradley Beal scored 16 points to go along with seven assists and five rebounds. Deni Avdija added 15 points and ten rebounds off the bench for the Wizards.

Washington F Kyle Kuzma (ankle sprain) did not play in last night's game and is unlikely to suit up for this contest. The Nuggets rank in the middle of the pack in defensive efficiency, making them hard to trust as a road favorite. Take the over. Final Score Prediction, Denver Nuggets win 122-116.
