In Monday night NBA action, the Denver Nuggets will travel to FTX Arena to take on the Miami Heat. The Nuggets (9-10) are looking to snap a six-game losing streak and are currently in tenth place in the Western Conference standings. On Friday, Denver allowed Milwaukee to shoot a blistering 63 percent from the field during a 120-109 home loss. 

Aaron Gordon led six Denver players in double figures with 18 points (6-10 FG) and nine rebounds. Will Barton added 17 points and nine rebounds in a losing effort for the Nuggets.

The Miami Heat have won six of their first seven home games and trail Brooklyn by one full game for the best record in the Eastern Conference. On Saturday, Miami made the plays down the stretch of a 107-104 road victory against Chicago. The Heat (13-7) knocked down 14-for-40 from the three-point line and shot 43 percent overall.

Miami G Gabe Vincent tallied a team-high 20 points and five assists in 31 minutes off the bench. Kyle Lowry contributed 19 points, six assists, and five rebounds for the Heat.
