Nuggets vs Heat Picks and Prediction – 6/10/2023

The Denver Nuggets visit the Miami Heat on Friday for Game 4 of the NBA Finals best of seven series. Denver leads the series 2-1 following its 109-94 victory over Miami in Game 3 on Wednesday. Denver shot 51.2% overall and out rebounded Miami 58-33.

Jamal Murray is the second leading scorer with an average of 27.4 points per game. Miami needs a victory to level the series at 2-2 or will return to Denver for Game 5 trailing 3-1. In Wednesday’s loss, The leading scorer for Miami was Jimmy Butler with 28 points but the Heat were held to 37.0% shooting overall. Miami committed only four turnovers and forced Denver into turning the ball over 14 times, but could not take advantage of the turnover differential. Bam Adebayo scored 22 points and grabbed 17 rebounds for the Heat. 

Jimmy Butler is leading Miami in scoring and assists with averages of 27.3 points and 5.9 assists per game, while Bam Adebayo is the second leading scorer and the leading rebounder with averages of 17.5 points and 9.4 rebounds per game. Miami has seven players averaging double figures in scoring and as a team is scoring an average of 110.7 points per game. Miami is shooting 46.9% overall and 39.2% from 3.0 territory.
