Clippers at Bulls 12/14/19 - NBA Picks & Predictions

Last Updated: 12/14/2019 at 1:20 PM ET

The United Center will play host to a Saturday night NBA clash between the Los Angeles Clippers and the Chicago Bulls. This will be the second of a back-to-back on the road for Los Angeles, who withstood a late charge from Minnesota and held on for a 124-117 road victory. The Clippers led by 21 points entering the fourth quarter and shot 49 percent overall.

Los Angeles F Paul George tallied a game high 46 points on 17-for-31 shooting and dished out seven assists. Kawhi Leonard contributed 42 points and 11 rebounds for the Clippers.

The Chicago Bulls were predicted to challenge for a playoff spot in the Eastern Conference, but have lost 18 of their first 27 games. Last night, Chicago managed just ten points during the third quarter of an ugly 83-73 home loss versus Charlotte. The Bulls were dominated on the glass by a 60-45 margin and shot a season-low 30 percent from the field.

Chicago G Zach LaVine matched a team high with 12 points on a woeful 4-for-19 shooting performance. Wendell Carter Jr. added six points and 11 rebounds in a losing effort for the Bulls.

Los Angeles G Lou Williams (sore right calf) did not play last night and is listed as questionable for this matchup. The Clippers are banged up and will likely be without Kawhi Leonard (rest). Take the Bulls to rebound with a solid performance at home. Final Score Prediction, Chicago Bulls 113-109.
