Central Division rivals will clash on Sunday afternoon when the Cleveland Cavaliers visit the United Center to take on the Chicago Bulls.
The Cavaliers have lost six straight and have just nine victories through their first 50 games overall. On Friday, Cleveland was outscored by 15 points during the third quarter of a 100-94 home loss. The Cavaliers were outrebounded by a 57-45 margin and shot just 44 percent from the field.
Cleveland F Cedi Osman tallied a game high 29 points on an 11-for-20 shooting performance. Alec Burks added 13 points and seven rebounds for the Cavaliers.
The Chicago Bulls have lost nine of their previous ten games and have not responded well to interim head coach Jim Boylen. On Friday, Chicago was unable to make the plays down the stretch of a 106-101 home loss versus the Los Angeles Clippers. The Bulls failed to connect on 25 of their 35 long distance attempts and shot just 39 percent overall.
Zach LaVine led five Chicago players in double figures with 29 points on 10-for-20 from the field. Bobby Portis contributed 18 points and 14 rebounds for the Bulls.
