Bulls at Hornets 11/23/19 - NBA Picks & Predictions

Last Updated: 11/22/2019 at 11:20 PM ET

In Saturday night NBA action, the Chicago Bulls will visit the Spectrum Center to take on the Charlotte Hornets. The Bulls (5-11) have dropped four of their last five games and have not looked like a team that is ready to take the next step as a playoff contender. Last night, Chicago trailed by 24 points at halftime of an ugly 116-108 home loss versus Miami.

Chicago G Zach LaVine tallied a team high 15 points, but finished a game worst minus 19 rating. Thaddeus Young added 12 points and eight rebounds off the bench.

The Charlotte Hornets pressed the reset button when they dealt All-Star G Kemba Walker to Boston in the offseason. The youthtful Hornets (6-10) have lost three straight games and rank last in the league in rebounds (40.9 rpg). On Friday, Charlotte was unable to protect a 13-point fourth quarter lead during a 125-118 road loss against Washington.

Second year pro Miles Bridges led all scorers with 31 points on 12-for-21 shooting and grabbed eight rebounds. Devonte Graham and Terry Rozier added 19 points apiece for the Hornets.

Chicago F Chandler Hutchinson (shin splints) did not play last night and is not expected to suit up for this contest. The Bulls looked lost last night and have too many players who are unwilling to shoot. Take the Hornets to win at home. Final Score Prediction, Charlotte Hornets 112-106.
