American Airlines Arena will play host to a Wednesday night NBA clash between the Chicago Bulls and Miami Heat. This will be the second of a back-to-back for the Bulls, who were unable to make the plays down the stretch of a 122-117 road loss against Brooklyn last night. The Bulls out rebounded the Nets by a 50-43 margin and shot 50 percent from the field.

Chicago G Zach Lavine tallied a team high 26 points on an 11-for-20 shooting performance. Jabari Parker added 22 points and nine rebounds in 23 minutes off the bench. The Miami Heat have won consecutive games and lead Charlotte by a half-game for seventh place in the Eastern Conference standings. On Sunday, Miami outscored New York by 17 points during the third quarter of a 106-97 road victory. The Heat out rebounded the Knicks by a 47-38 margin and shot 46 percent from the field.

Wayne Ellington scored all 19 of his team high points in the second half to help Miami erase a six-point halftime deficit. Hassan Whiteside contributed 13 points and 17 rebounds for the Heat.
