The NBA schedule will resume on Thursday night with a matchup between the Milwaukee Bucks and the Detroit Pistons from Little Caesars Arena. The Bucks (46-8) have won 21 of their 26 road games and own the best overall record in the league. Last time out, Milwaukee was outscored by 23 points during the first half of a 118-111 road loss against Indiana.

Donte DiVincenzo led seven Milwaukee players in double figures with 19 points and eight assists. All-Star Khris Middleton added 17 points and five rebounds in a losing effort for the Bucks.

The Detroit Pistons lost four straight games heading into the All-Star Break and could end up with the worst record in the Eastern Conference by season’s end. In their last game, Detroit managed just four points during the overtime period of a 116-112 road loss against Orlando. The Pistons (19-38) connected on 18-for-45 from long distance and turned the ball over 21 times in defeat.

Detroit F Christian Wood led all scorers with 26 points on 9-for-14 shooting and pulled down 12 rebounds. Reggie Jackson added 12 points and 11 assists for the Pistons.

Milwaukee G/F Kyle Korver is dealing with back soreness and will not play in this contest. The Bucks rank first in the league in defensive efficiency and will have no problem picking apart the Pistons. Take Milwaukee to win and cover in blowout.
