Bucks at Nuggets 3/9/20 - NBA Picks & Predictions

In Monday night NBA action, the Milwaukee Bucks will invade the Pepsi Center to square off against the Denver Nuggets. This will be the second of a back-to-back for Milwaukee, who played without Giannis Antetokounmpo (knee) during last night’s 140-131 road loss against Phoenix. The Bucks (53-11) were outscored by 19 points in the first quarter and allowed the Suns to shoot 55 percent for the game.

All-Star G Khris Middleton poured in a game-high 39 points on a 13-for-26 shooting performance. Eric Bledsoe added 28 points and seven assists for the Bucks.

The Denver Nuggets have won 24 of their 32 home games and trail the Clippers by 1.5 games for second place in the Western Conference standings. On Saturday, Denver was unable to make the plays down the stretch of a disappointing 104-102 road loss against Cleveland. The Nuggets (42-21) turned the ball over 18 times and scored just 41 points over the final 24 minutes.

Denver G/F Will Barton tallied a team-high 22 points on 9-for-18 shooting and pulled down eight boards. Jamal Murray added 17 points and seven assists in a losing effort for the Nuggets.

Milwaukee F Giannis Antetokounmpo (knee) did not play on Sunday and has been ruled out of this contest as well. The Bucks really missed Antetokounmpo’s presence on the defensive end of the floor last night. Look for the over to cash once again. Final Score Prediction, Denver Nuggets win in high scoring over game 122-114.
