The AT&T Center will play host to a Monday night NBA battle between the Brooklyn Nets and the San Antonio Spurs. The Nets (22-13) have won eight of their last ten games and have moved to within a half-game of Philadelphia for first place in the Eastern Conference standings. On Saturday, Brooklyn managed just 34 points over the final 24 minutes of a 115-98 home loss versus Dallas.

Brooklyn G James Harden led all scorers with 29 points to go along with seven rebounds and six assists. Bruce Brown added 12 points and nine rebounds in a losing effort for the Nets.

The San Antonio Spurs have split their first 16 home games and are currently in fifth place in the Western Conference standings. On Saturday, San Antonio was able to make the plays down the stretch of a 117-114 home victory versus New Orleans. The Spurs (17-12) assisted on 24 of their 41 made field goals and shot 48 percent overall.

San Antonio G DeMar DeRozan tallied a game-high 31 points on 11-for-18 shooting and dished out 11 assists. Dejounte Murray added 18 points, seven assists, and six rebounds for the Spurs.
