Brooklyn Nets at Atlanta Hawks 2/28/20 - NBA Picks & Predictions

State Farm Arena will play host to a Friday night NBA clash between the Brooklyn Nets and the Atlanta Hawks. The Nets (26-31) lost G Kyrie Irving for the season with a shoulder injury and lead Orlando by a half-game for seventh place in the East. On Wednesday, Brooklyn was unable to make the plays down the stretch of a 110-106 road loss against Washington. 

Brooklyn G Caris Levert led all scorers with 34 points on 10-for-20 from the floor and dished out seven assists. Spencer Dinwiddie added 18 points and six rebounds in a losing effort for the Nets.

The Atlanta Hawks have dropped 18 of their 29 home games and come into this contest with the worst overall record in the East. On Wednesday, Atlanta was outscored by 10 points during the second half of a 130-120 home loss versus Orlando. The Hawks (17-43) were outrebounded by a 61-51 margin and shot 45 percent from the floor.

All-Star G Trae Young poured in a game-high 34 points on 27 shot attempts and handed out 11 assists. John Collins added 26 points and seven rebounds for the Hawks.
