A trip to the Eastern Conference Finals will be up for grabs on Sunday night, when the Atlanta Hawks travel to the Wells Fargo Center to take on the Philadelphia 76ers. Fifth-seeded Atlanta missed a huge opportunity to close Philadelphia out on Friday night during a 104-99 home loss. The Hawks led by as many as 12 points and missed 11 of their 24 free-throw attempts.

Atlanta G Trae Young tallied a game-high 34 points to go along with 12 assists and five rebounds. Kevin Huerter added 17 points and 11 rebounds for the Hawks.

The Philadelphia 76ers won 29 of their 36 home games during the regular season and are looking to make their first trip to the conference finals since the 2000-2001 season. In Game Six, Philadelphia scored the first 14 points of the second half and never trailed in the fourth quarter. The top-seeded 76ers knocked down 12-for-29 from the three-point line and shot 41 percent overall.

Tobias Harris and Seth Curry led Philadelphia with 24 points each on a combined 17-for-34 shooting. All-Star C Joel Embiid contributed 22 points and 13 rebounds for the 76ers.

Atlanta G Bogdan Bogdanovic (right knee soreness) left the last game in the second half and is listed as questionable for this contest.
