Atlanta Hawks at Milwaukee Bucks 7/1/21 - NBA Picks & Predictions

The scene will shift to Fiserv Forum for Game Five of the Eastern Conference Finals between the Atlanta Hawks and the Milwaukee Bucks on Thursday night. In Game Four, Atlanta played without injured G Trae Young (foot) and evened the series with a 110-88 home victory. The fifth-seeded Hawks assisted on 26 of their 43 made field goals and shot 51 percent overall.

Veteran G Lou Williams started in place of Trae Young and scored a career playoff high 21 points on 7-for-9 from the floor. Bogdan Bogdanovic chipped in 20 points and five rebounds for the Hawks.

The Milwaukee Bucks have won six of their first seven postseason home games and are looking to reach the NBA Finals for the first time since the 1973-1974 season. On Tuesday, Milwaukee F Giannis Antetokounmpo suffered a left knee hyperextension in the third quarter and was unable to return. The Bucks missed 31 of their 39 three-point attempts and shot just 39 percent overall.

Milwaukee G Jrue Holiday tallied a team-high 19 points on 6-for-17 shooting and dished out nine assists. Khris Middleton added 16 points and eight rebounds in a losing effort for the Bucks.

Atlanta G Trae Young has a bone bruise in his right foot and his status for Game Five is uncertain. The Bucks had an off shooting night in Game Four and I expect them to be laser focused at home. Take Milwaukee to win and cover. Final Score Prediction, Milwaukee Bucks win 112-104.
