The Las Vegas Aces look to bounce back from a loss when they visit the Phoenix Mercury for the final game of the WNBA regular season for both. The Aces lost to the Atlanta Dream on Thursday 78-74. A’ja Wilson led the Aces in the loss with 19 points. Liz Cambage hurt her ankle in the loss and is questionable for Sunday’s game with Phoenix.

Phoenix lost its most recent outing on Friday 83-69 to the Minnesota Lynx. The Mercury led by four at the half, but were outscored to start the second half 9-0 and never recovered. Brittney Griner was assessed a pair of technical fouls and ejected why DeWanna Bonner was assessed one. The Mercury could not fight back from 10 points down when Griner was ejected.

A’ja Wilson is the leading scorer and second leading rebounder for Las Vegas with averages of 16.4 points and 6.7 rebounds per game. Liz Cambage is the second leading scorer and leader in rebounding with averaging of 15.8 points and 8.3 rebounds per game. Jackie Young leads the Aces in assists with an average of 4.4 per game.

Free Pick:
Las Vegas Aces -3

Phoenix has little to play for in this matchup as the Mercury are locked into the No. 8 playoff spot and will open their postseason on the road. However, Las Vegas needs a victory to secure a first round bye in the playoffs. A loss by the Aces coupled with a win by the Sky means the Aces will host Phoenix in the first round. Final Score Prediction, Las Vegas Aces win and cover ATS 89-77.
