In the first game of an NBA TV Thursday night doubleheader, the Philadelphia 76ers will visit the Orlando Magic. This will be the second of a back-to-back for the 76ers, who built a 14-point halftime lead and cruised to a 119-105 home victory versus Memphis last night. Philadelphia outscored Memphis by 16 points in the third quarter and shot 55 percent overall.

Four Philadelphia players scored 15 points to lead a balanced scoring attack. Rookie Ben Simmons contributed 13 points and nine assists for the 76ers, who are tied with Washington for fourth place in the Eastern Conference standings.
The Orlando Magic have dropped consecutive games and are tied with Atlanta for the worst record in the Eastern Conference. With 11 games remaining, the Magic are 29 games below .500 overall and looking forward to this summer’s NBA Draft. On Tuesday, Orlando was outscored by 15 points during the fourth quarter of a 93-86 home loss versus Toronto. The Magic managed just 10 points over the final 12 minutes and shot 41 percent for the game.

Shelvin Mack tallied a team high 17 points in 26 minutes off the Orlando bench. Aaron Gordon added 16 points and six rebounds in a losing effort for the Magic.

Orlando F Jonathon Simmons (wrist) was not able to play on Tuesday and is questionable for this contest. The 76ers are a middle of the pack offensive team and the Magic rank near the bottom of the league in that category. Take the under on Thursday. Final Score Prediction, Philadelphia 76ers win in low scoring game 105-98.
