The Saturday MLB schedule will get underway with a matchup between the New York Yankees and Boston Red Sox from Fenway Park. Last night, New York clinched home field advantage in the AL Wild Card game with a convincing 11-6 victory. Aaron Judge homered and scored three runs for the Yankees, who will host Oakland next Wednesday in a winner-take-all wild card game.

Thirty-one year old righty Lance Lynn (9-10 4.80 ERA) will make his 10th start as a member of the Yankees. Lynn, who was acquired from the Twins, has struck out 157 batters in 153 plus innings this season.
The Boston Red Sox have won 107 games and have clinched home field advantage throughout the postseason. On Friday, Boston RP William Cuevas was tagged for six runs and recoded just one out. Steve Pearce homered and drove in five runs in a losing record for the Red Sox, who are 54 games above .500 overall.

The Red Sox will counter with hard-throwing righty Nathan Eovaldi (6-7 3.88 ERA) on Saturday. Last time out, Eovaldi allowed one run and struck out ten batters over five frames to lead Boston to a 6-2 victory versus Baltimore.

New York SS Didi Gregorius (wrist) has been cleared to resume baseball activities. Through 160 games, New York ranks 16th in batting average and 2nd in runs scored.
