Two Team MLB Parlay for Saturday 8/22/20

The MLB can be a difficult sport to bet and often times the lines are juiced too much to bet on their own. The easy fix for that? Minnesota Twins at Kansas City Royals

The Twins come in having won four of their last five games and are sitting in 1st place in the AL Central division. The Royals recently dropped a four-game series against the Twins, mustering just 9 runs in 4 games against the Twins pitching staff. It won’t get any easier in this series and specifically this game as the Twins have Randy Dobnak taking the mound. Dobnak who is 4-1 on the season and posting a 1.42 ERA. The Royals will send out the struggling Brady Singer who is 1-2 with a 4.56 ERA on the season. The Twins offense, led by Nelson Cruz, will be too much for the 24-year-old Singer, making just his fifth start in the MLB.

Los Angeles Angels at Oakland Athletics

The Angels have lost three straight games to the San Fransisco Giants coming into this game, losing every game by at least 5 runs. Sitting 4th in the AL West with a record of 8-18, the Angels have really struggled to get anything going this season. The A’s, on the other hand, look to be in midseason form boasting a 18-8 record on the season and are an impressive 11-3 at home on the year. Chris Bassit will take the mound for the A’s, he is 2-0 with a 2.93 ERA and if he can perform up to par with his season averages, the A’s top-10 scoring offense will generate plenty of runs against Angels’ starter Griffin Canning who is 0-3 on the season with a 4.70 ERA. The A’s take care of business against the divisional opponent Angels.
