The Detroit Tigers will look to snap a five-game losing streak when the battle the Los Angeles Angels on Wednesday afternoon. Jeimer Candelario homered and drove in three runs for the Tigers, who fell to 20 games below .500 overall.

Thirty-one year old southpaw Blaine Hardy (4-3 3.25 ERA) will make his 12th start of the season for the Tigers.
