Seattle is heading into the game here after picking up a shocking win in the 3rd game of the season over the Astros. The win was by a 7-6 score and it was definitely a back and forth battle in the game before the Mariners were finally able to settle out the game with the win.

Kyle Lewis is the run production and power hitter for the Mariners. Lewis ended up hitting a couple of homers and 4 runners brought home. Kyle Seager is the hitter for average for the Mariners with a .364 average. With the Astros the power hitter is Michael Brantley with only a single homer. Martin Moldonado is the hitter for average at a clip of .455, but he has brought home the most runners with 6 RBIs.

Kendall Graveman is the pitcher who is starting the game for the Mariners. Graveman last year posted a 1-5 record last season with a 7.60 ERA with 27 strikeouts, but he did walk 13 batters on the year. That was out of a total of 7 starts last year.

Josh James is the projected starter for the Astros in the game, but he only made 1 start out of 49 starts last year. He posted a 5-1 record and a 4.70 ERA. James did strike out 100 batters, but ended up walking only 35 batters.

The game here will pit a couple of pitchers that have been relievers for the most part. However, the hitters in this game may not make as big of an impact in the game as expected. Granted, the Astros offense may end up lighting up the scoreboard rather easily, but the chances of this happening is limited with it being early on the year. Final Score Prediction, Houston Astros win but our best play is on the under 5-2.
