Colorado has lost 12 straight at Dodger Stadium including all seven played there this season and is 3-14 head-to-head with Los Angeles in 2019.

The Dodgers won their 99th game of the season as A.J. Pollock belted a three-run homer as part of a seven-run fourth inning. Los Angeles is 58-21 on the season at home and has its best record at home since moving the franchise from Brooklyn in 1958. Clayton Kershaw improved to 15-5 but gave up consecutive homers in the first and an RBI single in the second, but LA rallied for seven in the fourth.

Cody Bellinger leads the Dodgers with a .305 batting average, 163 hits, 45 home runs and 110 RBIs. The Dodgers are averaging .257 at the plate, while opponents are averaging .224. On Sunday, the Dodgers will send Hyun-Jin Ryu to the mound. The southpaw is 12-5 with an ERA of 2.35, 148 Ks and 24 BBs.

The Dodgers have clinched the National League West and have found it difficult to fully concentrate in each game especially those versus poorly playing opponents. Dodgers’ starter Hyun-Jin Ryu has struggled of late going 0-3 in his last 5 starts with two no decisions. The southpaw’s ERA has increased from 1.45 to 2.35 during that span.
