The Cincinnati Reds visit the Arizona Diamondbacks in the final game of a three-game series on Sunday. Cincinnati defeated the Diamondbacks in the first game of the series on Friday 4-3. Joey Votto and Josh Van Meter each hit home runs and Luis Castillo pitched five strong innings in the win for the Reds. Votto is batting .313 in 18 games since returning from the injury list, with three HRs.

The bullpen for Arizona came up big with three shutout innings to keep the game close, but Arizona batters could not come up with the needed hits.
