On Tuesday, the Cincinnati Reds continue their series on the road against the Arizona Diamondbacks.
The Reds lost on Sunday to the Colorado Rockies 8-2 as the Rockies hit Reds starter Matt Harvey hard. Harvey, who is now 1-3, allowed nine hits and four runs over 5 1/3 innings. This was just his first loss with the Reds.

Arizona has seen its record drop to 26-26 and are now 1 ½ games behind first place Colorado. Injuries continue to hurt the D-Backs as they have for most of their first 52 games.
Scooter Gennette leads the Reds with a .340 batting average, and team high 10 home runs and 67 hits. Eugenio Suarez leads the Reds in RBIs with 40. Cincinnati has a team batting average of .241 while opposing hitters are averaging .268 at the plate against Red pitching. On Tuesday, the Reds will send Luis Castillo to the mound. The right-hander on the season is 4-4 with an ERA of 5.34, 55 Ks and 22 BBs.
Arizona continues to play without its top hitter and run producer A.J. Pollock. David Peralta leads the team in hits with 48. Arizona has a team batting average of .211 while opposing hitters are averaging .222 at the plate against Diamondbacks pitching. On Tuesday, the Diamondbacks will send Zack Godley to the mound. The right-hander this season is 4-4 with an ERA of 4.53, 52 Ks and 29 BBs.
