Boston won its third straight game on Wednesday 5-1 and swept the Baltimore Orioles in a three-game series at Camden Yards. Chris Sale entered the seventh inning with a two-hitter for Boston but was ejected. Sale walked two straight to open the seventh and was taken out by manager Alex Cora but argued with the home plate umpire on his way to the dugout and was tossed.
Seattle won its fourth straight game on Wednesday downing Los Angeles Angels 8-6. Mitch Haniger hit a walk-off two-run homer to give the Mariners the win.
