The Pirates (43-64) are 16 games below .500 on the road and are stuck in a logjam at the bottom of the NL Central Division standings. Last night, Pittsburgh rookie SS ONeil Cruz hit a two-run blast during a 6-3 road loss against Baltimore.

Twenty-four year old righty Bryse Wilson (1-6 6.20 ERA) will head to the hill for the Pirates in this contest. Last time out, Wilson allowed three runs in five plus innings during a 5-3 home victory versus Milwaukee.

The Baltimore Orioles are riding a five-game winning streak and are just 1.5 games back in the AL Wild Card race. During Saturday's home victory, pinch-hitter Ryan McKenna gave Baltimore a 5-2 lead with a two-run double in the fifth inning. SP Austin Voth (2-1) limited the Pirates to three runs in five innings to earn the win for the Orioles, who improved to 56-51 on the year.

The Orioles will give the nod to twenty-nine year old righty Spenser Watkins (4-1 3.80 ERA) on Sunday. Baltimore has won Watkins’ last four starts and he has allowed just six runs over his last 23 innings.
