Thirty-two year old righty Yu Darvish (2-4 5.01 ERA) will have to pitch better for Chicago to win a division title. The Cubs have lost Darvish’s last three starts and he has been tagged for 13 runs over his last 17 plus frames.

Pittsburgh PF Gregory Polanco (shoulder) is on a rehab assignment with Triple-A Indianapolis. Through 89 games, Pittsburgh ranks 15th in OPS and 17th in runs scored.
