NL East Division rivals will clash on Wednesday afternoon, when the Philadelphia Phillies and the Atlanta Braves wrap up their series from Truist Park. The Atlanta Braves are riding a four-game winning streak and trail first place New York by 2.5 games. On Tuesday, DH Marcel Ozuna homered and part of a three-hit night and scored three runs to spark the Atlanta offense. Rookie SP Spencer Strider (6-3) struck out an impressive 13 batters across six plus frames to earn the win for the Braves, who improved to 63-41 on the year.

The Braves will give the nod to veteran right-hander Charlie Morton (5-5 4.34 ERA) on Wednesday. Through 110 innings of work, Morton has struck out 126 batters and owns a respectable 1.25 WHIP.
