The scene will shift to Truist Park on Monday for Game Three of the NLDS between the Milwaukee Brewers and the Atlanta Braves. The Brewers took the series opener by one run and have scored just two runs through the first 18 innings of this series. On Saturday, Milwaukee went 0-for-7 with runners in scoring position and left eight men on base during a 3-0 home loss.

Milwaukee manager Craig Counsell has yet to name a starting pitcher for this game. All-Star righty Freddy Peralta (10-5 2.81 ERA), but the Brewers have other quality options on a staff that ranked third in the majors with a 3.50 team ERA.

The Atlanta Braves finished four games above .500 at home during the regular season and fifth in slugging percentage. During Saturday’s road victory, Atlanta 1B Freddie Freeman singled home the first run of the game and Austin Riley added a solo shot in the sixth inning. SP Max Fried (1-0) fanned nine batters across six shutout frames to earn the win for the Braves.

Twenty-three year old righty Ian Anderson (9-5 3.58 ERA) will get the nod for the Braves on Monday. Last time out, Anderson allowed two runs in six innings during a 5-3 home victory versus Philadelphia. 

Milwaukee RP Devin Williams underwent surgery on his fractured right hand and will not pitch in this series. Through 161 games, Atlanta ranks 20th in OPS and 12th in runs scored. For the season, Milwaukee ranks 8th in OPS and 8th in runs scored. Take the Braves to win at home. Final Score Prediction, Atlanta Braves win 4-3.
