Despite the recent blowout, these two teams are evenly matched as it gets. They have split the season series 5-5 this season and the Tigers come in with a 36-29 record on the season with the Lions just three games back sitting at 34-33 despite having lost their last three games.

The Lions right the ship today behind David Buchanan who is 8-4 on the season with a 3.36 ERA and shut down the Tigers, going 7 shutout innings and striking out three, getting credit for the win.

Lotte Giants vs Kiwoom Heroes : KH -130 ; O/U 11

The Lotte Giants pulled off the upset in yesterday’s game against the Heroes behind ace Dan Straily, improving their record to 32-33 sitting 2.5 games back of the last playoff spot as we approach the halfway point of this KBO season. The Heroes were among the best teams in the KBO a few weeks ago, but have lost four straight and seven of their last ten games. 

The Heroes will have Kim Jae-woong taking the hill who is 0-2 with a 4.44 ERA on the season and has been coming out of the bullpen all season but will get the nod here, just his second start of the season. The Heroes still will be unable to get back on track, falling in their 5th straight game.
