Six-time All Star Zack Greinke (1-5 4.19 ERA) will take the mound for the Royals in this matchup. Kansas City has lost Greinke’s last four starts, despite allowing just five runs over his last 20 plus innings. 

The Miami Marlins have won 19 of their first 32 home games and trail NL East Division leading Atlanta by three full games. On Monday, 2B Luis Arraez collected three hits to raise his batting average and drove in two runs to spark the Miami offense. OF Bryan De La Cruz added a two-run shot for the Marlins (33-28), who trailed 4-0 early in the top of the third inning.

The Marlins will counter with talented left-hander Jesus Luzardo (4-4 4.05 ERA) on Tuesday. Through 66 plus innings, Luzardo has given up nine home runs and fanned 78 batters while posting a respectable 1.35 WHIP.
