The San Francisco Giants open a three-game interleague series on the road Monday against the Houston Astros. Center fielder George Springer did not play for the second consecutive game due to a sprained wrist.
Carlos Correa is batting .373 to lead the Astros and has a team-high 19 hits. Jose Altuve is the home run leader with three and George Springer is the RBI leader with 12. On Monday, the Astros will send Lance McCullers Jr to the mound. The right-hander is 1-1 with an ERA of 9.22, 11 Ks and 7 BBs.
