The San Francisco Giants open a three-game interleague series on the road Monday against the Houston Astros. San Francisco improved to 7-9 following its 5-4 victory over the Los Angeles Dodgers on Saturday. Johnny Cueto had a no-hitter into the sixth inning that was spoiled by outfielder Hunter Pence's miscue in the field. The Giants are in fourth place in the National League West five games behind Colorado.

Donovan Solano is batting .462 to lead the Giants and has team highs in RBIs with 14 and hits with 24. Mike Yastrzemski is the leader in home runs for the Giants with four. San Francisco has not yet announced its starting pitcher for Monday's series opener with the Astros.

Houston continues to lose. The Astros fell to 6-8 following a 3-1 loss to the Oakland Athletics on Saturday. Houston has lost each of its last four and is in second place in the American League West  4 ½  games behind the first place A's. Framber Valdez suffered the loss and fell to 0-2. Center fielder George Springer did not play for the second consecutive game due to a sprained wrist.

Carlos Correa is batting .373 to lead the Astros and has a team-high 19 hits. Jose Altuve is the home run leader with three and George Springer is the RBI leader with 12. On Monday, the Astros will send Lance McCullers Jr to the mound. The right-hander is 1-1 with an ERA of 9.22, 11 Ks and 7 BBs.

The play here is UNDER. Both the Astros and Giants or not hitting the ball well and the UNDER has cashed in four of the Giants last six and in six of San Francisco's last eight when playing on the road. The UNDER has also cashed in six of the last 10 the Giants and Astros have played head-to-head. Final Score Prediction, San Francisco wins but our best play is UNDER 4-3.
