Progressive Field will play host to a Tuesday night MLB clash between the Cincinnati Reds and the Cleveland Guardians. The Reds (9-26) have dropped 17 of their first 21 road games and own the worst overall record in the majors. On Sunday, Cincinnati SP Hunter Greene tossed seven plus no hit innings during a crushing 1-0 road loss against Pittsburgh.

Twenty-eight year old righty Connor Overton (1-0 1.59 ERA) will make his fourth start of the season for the Reds. Last time out, Overton allowed three hits across six plus frames during a 4-0 road victory against Pittsburgh.

The Cleveland Guardians are two games above .500 at home and trail AL Central Division leading Minnesota by three full games. Cincinnati 1B Joey Votto (COVID-19) is on a rehab assignment with Triple-A Louisville and is expected to return later this week.
