Last Updated: 08/07/2019 at 7:39 AM ET

In Monday MLB playoff action, the Milwaukee Brewers and Los Angeles Dodgers will play Game Three of the NLCS from Dodger Stadium. On Saturday, Milwaukee had their 12-game winning streak snapped during a 4-3 home defeat. The Brewers led by three entering the seventh inning, but their usually reliable bullpen was unable to close the door. Orlando Arcia and Travis Shaw each went deep in a losing effort for the Brewers.

Thirty year old righty Jhoulys Chacin (15-8 3.50 ERA) will head to the hill for the Brewers in this contest. Last time out, Chacin allowed just three hits over five innings during a 4-0 victory versus Colorado in the NLDS.
The Los Angeles Dodgers won four straight games to close their regular season and locked up their sixth straight NL West Division title. After falling by a run in Milwaukee, the Dodgers rallied for a much needed split to start this best-of-seven series. Justin Turner came through with a clutch two-run, eighth inning home run to lift Los Angeles to victory. Chris Taylor added two hits and scored a run for the Dodgers.

Los Angeles manager Dave Roberts will turn to twenty-four year old sensation Walker Buehler (8-5 2.62 ERA) on Monday. In his last start, Buehler was tagged for five runs and struck out seven batters during a 6-5 loss at Atlanta.

Milwaukee C Stephen Vogt (shoulder) said that he hopes to play in 2019.. Through 162 regular season games, Milwaukee ranked 12th in batting average and 12th in runs scored. For the season, Los Angeles ranked 14th in batting average and 5th in runs scored. Take the Brewers to bounce back with a win on Monday. Final Score Prediction, Milwaukee Brewers win in upset 4-3.
