Best MLB Prop Bets - Thursday 9/8/22

With the NFL season getting underway on Thursday Major League Baseball only has seven games across the board. Despite only a handful of games we still have a large quantity of MLB props that choose from.

The main props we focus in on for Thursday is a pitchers duel in the National League and one of the best hitters in the game to continue a stellar season.

San Francisco Giants/Milwaukee Brewers Under .5 1st Inning Runs (-125)

Nolan Arenado 1+ RBI (+115)

NRFI

The Milwaukee Brewers will host the San Francisco Giants Thursday afternoon for game one of a double header.  Scott Alexander will take the mound for San Francisco having a stellar season despite only pitching 5.1 innings. Alexander carries a 1.69 era and will do enough in the first inning on Thursday to post a zero.

Corbin Burnes will counter Thursday in game one for Milwaukee as one of the better pitchers on the Milwaukee roster. Burnes is 9-6 this year with a 3.02 ERA and will do enough Thursday to navigate the top of the first inning to post a shutout.

Take the NRFI Thursday afternoon in game one between the San Francisco Giants and the Milwaukee Brewers.

Pick: San Francisco Giants/Milwaukee Brewers Under .5 1st Inning Runs

Arenado

Nolan Arenado is one of the better hitters in all of baseball but does not receive full recognition as he plays with the soon to be National League MVP. Arenado carries a .302 batting average on the year as the second best hitter on the St. Louis Cardinals.

To go along with one of the top batting averages all baseball Arenado also has contributed 28 home runs and 90 RBIs this season for St. Louis. Arenado will continue to help his team win Thursday afternoon against a terrible Washington team.

Take Nolan Arenado Thursday afternoon to record at least one RBI.

Pick: Nolan Arenado 1+ RBI
