Best Bets Korean Baseball 6/25/20 - KBO Best Bets, Picks & Predictions

With Wednesday mornings games rained out, the KBO will have a plethora of games to bet on, here are the best bets for the KBO for June 25.

Kia Tigers vs Lotte Giants

In the first of a doubleheader, the Lotte Giants will have Dan Straily take the hill who leads the KBO in strikeouts this season. Despite just a 1-2 record, Straily has been magnificent posting just a 2.10 ERA on the year and just hasn’t been able to get the help he needs from the offense. For the Tigers, it will be Lee Min-woo who is 3-2 on the year while posting a 5.12 ERA.

The Lotte Giants have really struggled with the Tigers to this point in the season, but will eventually need to do so if they want to make the playoffs as these two teams are close in standings with the Kia Tigers holding the 5th and final playoff spot with a 23-19 record and the Lotte Giants just two games back at an even 21-21.

Both teams rank near the bottom of the KBO in offense with the Tigers batting .278 and scoring 210 runs in 42 games for an average of 5 runs per game. The Giants are hitting .270 as a team and averaging 4.6 per game.

The Giants won the first matchup of the series Tuesday and will want to build on that here, with both offenses struggling and only one team with one of the best pitchers in the KBO, I like the

Kia Tigers vs Lotte Giants Pick: Giants -150.

Kiwoom Heroes vs LG Twins

The Kiwoom Heroes come in red-hot having won their last six games and eight out of their last ten, while the LG Twins come in on a four-game losing slide. The Heroes have now passed the Twins taking the third spot in the KBO with a 26-17 record while the Twins losing streak has dropped them to 25-17 on the season.

Pitching for the Heroes is Lee Seung-ho who has struggled this season with an 0-2 start and a 5.05 ERA but is young and hopes to improve this season after being drafted fourth overall in 2017. Taking the bump for the Twins is Tyler Wilson who has been solid with a 3-2 record and a 4.18 ERA.

These are two evenly matched teams and we see that with the matchup record at 4-3 on the season favoring the Heroes. Two evenly matched teams, I like taking the value with the dog,

Kiwoom Heroes vs LG Twins Pick: Heroes +115.
