On Friday, Atlanta went 0-for-4 with runners in scoring position and managed just four hits during a 2-1 road loss against Milwaukee.

Twenty-seven year old southpaw Max Fried (14-7 3.04 ERA) will head to the hill for the Braves in this contest. Atlanta has won Fried’s previous five starts and he has allowed six earned runs over his last 35 frames.

The Milwaukee Brewers won 45 of their 81 home games during the regular season and won the NL Central Division by five games. In the series opener, 1B Rowdy Tellez hit a two-run blast in the seventh inning to supply the Milwaukee offense. All-Star P Corbin Burnes struck out six batters across six shutout frames and did not factor in the decision for the Brewers.
